DAY 25

What i did today:
I finished the gun the i have been working on the last few days and started trying to

After the reset of the computer i lost the file for the Tesla shotgun hoping to make it again based off of the pictures

I couldn't do anything to day when ever i tried to install anything other then Dropbox a pop up would pop up asking for admin permission which i don't have

DAY 24

What i did today:
I was in blender the whole time trying different things including going through found how to change the color of objects as well as how to make them transparent but they need a background to show that which i haven't put together yet

 

What i learned:
very slimier to what i did today was i learned how to change the color and transitivity of objects witch was harder then i had thought

What i plan for tomorrow:
 i plan to finish the gun and go export the gun into unreal engine

DAY 23

What i did today:
i worked in blender with some frustration on trying to put together a rifle to use in URE didn't get to far and wasn't till the end till i got it working fine


What i learned today
i learned abit about how blender works it uses the 8 for up 6 for right 2 for down and 4 for left for movement

What i plan for tomorrow:
Plan to hopefully get through the rifle or at least learn how to go through and color it so thats it's not so bland looking

DAY 22

What i did today;
i went through finished the pause menu tutorial now i can pause while in game and then procead to Quit the game which closes the program got back to main menu and resume which just resume the game.
  


What i learned Today:
i learned that my main menu is showing on the wrong map so i will have to change that because i found that at the end which will fix the random bullet shots at the main menu.

What i plan for tomorrow:
I plan to go in and change the bullet texture as a start most likely with blender i will also after that or the next day make it possible to use swords instead to add more difference into the game.

DAY 21

What i did today:
I went trough making a bit of stuff to test with as well as messed around with the physics and some wooden crates might try to make it after two shoots they explode into tiny pieces that fall down

What i learned today:
i learned how to make invisible walls and physics work so that i could get the boxs to fly when shot

What i plan for tomorrow:
I plan as i said in did that i want to finish a small map that can be used for testing the code and that can be used for a full test in the future as well as making a in game menu when you pause so that you can leave for in game instead of manually closing the program  

DAY 20

What i Did Today:
I went through the menu got it all working lost time because of course planning tried to download blender but the download failed twice got it started at the end of class working on add in the choice of multiple maps at the menu just trying to get it to work

What i learned today;
I learned not to much today from yesterday just some more of the simple ways to use the sources of code.

What i plan for tomorrow:
on Monday i hope to get to the point of using blender to be able to design a small weapon and animations so that i can try to implant more then just the default weapon for testing as well as start a small map to test on.
   

DAY 19

What i did today:
I was able to connect the two menus the problem was for some reason the vertical box that was holding them together as well as went looking through suggestions and will add blender to the computer to design some minor animations and weapons to use for the game

What i Learned:
i learned not to put any buttons into boxes it might make it easier but then it stops it all from working and that blender is the best free to use program to use for animations and creation of materials 

What i Plan for tomorrow:
i plan to download blender go more in to the join game and host game options so that you can go into the game from there and if blender downloads before the end of class i will start a bit of that with a weapon and  model

DAY 18

What i Did Today:
Fooled around with a bit of new stuff from the market place as well as went through the menu and found why it wasn't loading so will fix that next.

What i Learned:
all i learned to day is that when buttons are in a vertical box they mess up for some reason which is why they weren't working

What i Plan for Tomorrow:
i plan for tomorrow to imply the new updates i found to the first menu and finish the play menu
